“Nettare dei Malatesta” is obtained from Saba (concentrated grape must) which is cooked in order to reduce the volume by 1/6, and “Antico Aceto dei Malatesta” which is cooked on a low flame; at the end of this process we obtain a thick cream with inebriating fragrance, ideal matched with blue and hard cheeses.
