The truffle is NoH20®, totally dehydrated through a very sophisticated process invented by Tartuflanghe in 2010. Thanks to this new technique, the truffle keeps its organoleptique characteristics unchanged. Once crumbled directly on warm dishes at the end of the preparation, the truffle rehydrates through the steam of the dish and gives off its unique flavor.
