Chris & Aaron is like a trip tale into the mind of a creative soul

Roccaverano was already known in the Middle Ages for the production of its Robiola.

Region: Piedmont, Asti e Alessandria. Goat milk.

Tasting notes: the milk is produced with which our robiola it comes only from goats that as in the past, and as befits traditionally graze freely on langhigiane hills. The paste is white, soft, sweet and slightly acidic, elegant and enveloping, just spicy at full ripening.

Serving suggestions: great with blackberries and raspberries, figs and raisins, but also with potatoes, mushrooms and truffles.
