Vintage report
2009 is a vintage to remember with a generous sun throughout both the vegetative cycle and August which enabled early harvest in mid-September. The soft and regular ripeness at the end of the season combined with fresh nights resulted in an excellent aromatic synthesis and good acidity which makes 2009 a fruity, complex, elegant, balanced & harmonious vintage to be either drunk immediately or kept aside for a while.
Ageing
9 months. 15% in oak barrel, 85% in stainless steel. Minimum filtration to preserve the maximum natural character of the wine.
Food pairing
Enjoy with saffron-flavoured scallops, veal with creamy sauce or mature cheese.
