It is a source of overwhelming cherry and berry tones. Its overtly silky taste is finely decorated by Balsamic fragrances, its ending is persistent.
It is astonishing on desserts, strawberries, ice-cream, fruits salads and fruit in syrup as well as semi-aged cheese. Its delicate aromas are enhanced it tasted directly from a teaspoon.
