Please note that the below delivery information applies only to orders placed online through .chrisandaaron.co.uk or telephone orders made through Chris & Aaron Customer Care Centre. References in these Terms & Conditions to "us", "we", "Chris & Aaron", "chrisandaaron.co.uk" are to Chris & Aaron (Tiffany Organization a.s.d. Brand) registered office Italy: Via C. Farini, 53 - 20159 Milano - Italy. By visiting or using this website, you agree to and accept these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

International Delivery
Chris & Aaron delivers all over the world There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export. Approx Delivery Time 5-11 days.
National and International Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated on the volumetric weight of the item once it is packaged for export. You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter an Italian or a non-Italian delivery address before your order is processed by e.mail
National and International Deliveries
Standard delivery: Parcels are delivered five to seven working days after ordering. Express delivery: 48 hours. Our products arrive at your home via international express carriers, properly packed and insured. Delivery costs vary according to the area of destination and the quantity of goods. Chris & Aaron and Tiffany organization can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason..
Express Delivery
Express delivery orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days.
Shipping cost - National and International
All orders confirmed by .chrisandaaron.co.uk will be delivered to the delivery address given by the customer. An e-mail confirming shipment and containing tracking link and code will be sent to the customer at the moment the package is picked up from our warehouses If, at the time of delivery, the ordering party is not present at the specified address then the transport company will leave a notice and will contact the ordering party to arrange delivery. It is also possible to check delivery status following the instructions written in shipment-confirm email or contacting our customer-service at the address info@chrisandaaron.co.uk and receive information on the order (remember to write order number, name and address). It is not possible to inspect inside the package at the time of delivery. But whenever the Customer discovers abnormalities (box open or visibly damaged) he can reject delivery and specify the reason. He must then contact .chrisandaaron.co.uk at the e-mail address info@chrisandaaron.co.uk to describe the reason for rejection. .chrisandaaron.co.uk shall not be held liable for damages subsequently claimed by the Customer whenever the package was damaged during shipment but was accepted in any case given that order collection was certified to be whole. This term is purely as an indication. No indemnity may be requested of .chrisandaaron.co.uk in case of damages due to delivery delay, interruption, total or partial suspension. This is also valid in case of delays, stoppages or suspensions due to causes that may alter the procurement and distribution process such as: stoppage in work, industrial unrest, delays ascribable to suppliers, energy failures, transportation stoppage, etc. The Customer is required to check, when the goods are delivered by the carrier, that packing is whole and undamaged. Any damages must be immediately notified to the carrier who carried out the delivery. Once the Customer has signed the carrier's document he cannot place any claims about the exterior characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems incidental to the physical integrity, matching or completeness of the products received must be notified within 7 days of delivery according to the procedures envisaged in this document. The order shall be automatically cancelled in case of failure to collect goods stored in the carrier's warehouses within 5 working days because of the repeated impossibility of delivering to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order.
ORDER
Order Preparation
From the moment you place an order on chrisandaaron.co.uk, the time needed to prepare and ship your package depends on product availability. Each item on the website displays its availability status and the estimated preparation time - this is the time required to process the order and prepare the package for shipment. This time may vary depending on the product. If you place a multi-item order, please note that the shipment will be processed once all items are available. For example, if your order includes items marked as “Pre-order,” your package will be dispatched once those items become available. If a product becomes unavailable during order processing - due to it being out of stock or no longer obtainable - you will be notified via email, and your order will be updated to remove the unavailable item. The other items will still be shipped, and the cost of the unavailable item will automatically be deducted from your total, regardless of the payment method chosen. In the case of advance payment, you will be refunded the value of the missing item.
All Orders are subject to fraud prevention and regulatory compliance checks (including checks involving individuals, companies, or other entities listed on government or legally mandated restricted lists, such as ‘Denied Parties Screening’). You may also be asked to provide further verification or information before your Order can be accepted, especially if there is a suspicion that your identity, address, email, or payment details have been used fraudulently or without authorization. In certain cases, your Order may be refused or cancelled (in whole or in part), either before or after you receive an Order Confirmation. For example, Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel Orders that fail the above fraud or regulatory checks, are believed to be placed in bad faith, or are not made by Consumers. This also applies if payment information cannot be verified, if a Product in your Order is unavailable, or if your Order does not comply with these Terms.
Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or decline any Order (in full or in part) in the event of a genuine or suspected error, mistake, or misunderstanding (an “Error”) involving any party - whether you, us, or a third party. This includes cases where, without such Error, the Order would not have been accepted or fulfilled, or where an Error has been exploited to order items in quantities that would not be considered reasonable or typical. For example, this may apply if a Product is mistakenly listed at an improbably low price, whether or not during a promotion or sale. Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) is not obligated to honor Orders made under such erroneous conditions.
In all the above scenarios where an Order is cancelled or declined, and your payment has been successfully processed, you will be refunded in accordance with these Terms. Please note that quantity limits may apply to certain Products (per order, per address, or otherwise). Orders exceeding these limits may be declined at any time, without prior notice. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) is not obligated to provide a reason for declining or cancelling an Order, although it may choose to do so at its sole discretion.
Placing Your Order
Placing an Order through the checkout is strictly reserved for individuals (or companies) purchasing Products for personal use only. In the case of individuals, you must be at least 18 years old (“Consumers”). By placing an Order, you confirm and guarantee that: (i) the Order and the purchase of Products are solely for your personal use - not for resale, distribution, or any commercial purpose; and (ii) you are legally eligible (in terms of age and legal capacity) to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your place of residence.To place an Order, click the “Pay Securely Now” button (or a similarly labeled button) at checkout. The checkout page will show the Products being purchased, their price, any delivery fees (“Delivery Costs”), and any applicable import or sales taxes (such as VAT, GST, Consumption Tax). If available, it may also include pre-payable import duties, tariffs, or other applicable fees charged by the destination country (collectively referred to as “Duties and Taxes”). Please review your Order carefully before submitting, to correct any input errors. If the Website offers pricing in your local or preferred currency, the Product price may vary over time due to exchange rate fluctuations. The final price, Delivery Costs, and Duties and Taxes (if pre-payment is offered) will be those shown at checkout at the time your Order is placed. Available payment methods will be listed during checkout, and may vary depending on your location.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(1) Santu.com will process your payment using a third-party payment service provider ("Payment Processor"), while acting as the official merchant of record. The transaction may be processed using tools or services provided by that Payment Processor; and (2) you must provide valid, up-to-date information for the payment to be completed. If your selected payment method supports pre-authorization (such as most credit or debit cards), your payment will be authorized when you place the Order. The actual charge will occur either within five days from the Order date or when the Product is shipped - whichever comes first. If your chosen payment method does not support pre-authorization, you will be charged immediately upon placing the Order. Note that the exact timing of the charge may vary depending on the payment provider, and Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) and Santu.com may have no control over that timing. Please consult your payment provider’s terms of service for details. You will be charged the full amount of the Order even if the shipment is split into multiple deliveries, or if the Order is a pre-order or similar. The Website provides details of the Products available. However, please note that there may be slight differences between the Products as displayed on screen and what you actually receive - particularly in color, texture, or finish - as all images are for illustrative purposes only. If measurements or dimensions are provided, slight variations may occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of the Product is appropriate for your needs, including verifying whether it can be safely delivered to your address. Please read the Product descriptions carefully before placing an Order. This clause does not limit or exclude any consumer rights or warranties that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Acceptance and Confirmation
The information in these Terms, as well as the information shown on the Website and during checkout, is only an invitation to contract. Your Order is not accepted (and therefore we do not commit to sell or provide the Products) until you receive an email explicitly confirming that your Order has been accepted (“Order Confirmation”). The contract is considered concluded in the country from which the Order is dispatched. Your Order is subject to fraud checks and other required regulatory verifications. This includes checks against restricted lists issued by governments or relevant authorities (such as ‘Denied Parties Screening’). You may also be asked to provide additional verification and information before your Order can be accepted, especially if there is suspicion that your identity, address, email, or payment details have been used fraudulently or without authorization.
In certain cases, your Order may be declined or cancelled, either before or after you receive an Order Confirmation. For example, Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) and Santu.com may, at their sole discretion, decline or cancel any Order (in whole or in part) that: fails the fraud or regulatory checks; is suspected to have been placed in bad faith; was not placed by a Consumer; contains unverifiable payment information; includes Products that are unavailable; or does not comply with these Terms. Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) and Santu.com also reserve the right, each at their sole discretion, to decline or cancel an Order (in whole or in part) if there are actual or suspected errors, mistakes, or misunderstandings made in good faith (an “Error”). This applies when the Order would not have been accepted or dispatched without the Error, or when the Error has been exploited by you to buy quantities that would not otherwise be considered a regular order. For example, an unreasonably low price for an item that normally costs significantly more - whether or not during a sale or special promotion. In such cases, neither Chris & Aaron nor Santu.com are obligated to fulfill the Order.
If your Order is declined or cancelled as described above, you will receive a refund according to these Terms, provided your payment was successfully processed. Quantity limits per order, per address, or otherwise may apply to certain Products. Excessive Orders may be declined at any time, without notice. Unless required by applicable law, Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) and Santu.com are not required to provide a reason for declining or cancelling any Order, but may choose to do so at their sole discretion.
Where will my order be sent from?
All orders are packed and sent from our warehouses in Italy.
Why has Chris & aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) cancelled my order?
In some instances, we may have to cancel your order. Should this be the case, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund shortly after. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
Track your order - online order
We will email you when your order has been dispatched with a link to track your order. You can also track your order using our tracking portal.
Personal Shopping and In-Store Orders
If you have purchased through our personal shopping service the sales associate who helped place your order will update you until the order is passed over to the carrier, at which point you will receive text message updates directly from the carrier that you can use to track your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need to create an account to shop with us. However, we'd recommend creating an account so you can enjoy benefits from our Rewards programme, add items to your Wishlist and easily track your orders.
Can I change the contact details on my order?
If you need to change the contact details for an order which you have already placed, please contact Customer Service. If you'd like to change your account details, please sign in to your account.
Can I add a gift message to my purchase?
Yes, you can add a personalised gift message to your purchase at checkout. Please note: gift messages cannot be changed after point of purchase. Please note: gift message changes cannot be made once your order has been processed.
Order of cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order placed online or over the telephone, please contact our Chris & Aaron Direct Customer Care Team by: • Calling [+39] 031 447 7154 [+44] 7742 712 863 Lines are open Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm (GMT) (closed Saturday and Sunday). • Forwarding your acknowledgement email to us at info@chrisandaaron.co.uk stating your intention to cancel the order. • Or writing to: Chris & Aaron Direct Customer Care Via C. Farini, 53 - 20159 Milano - Italy. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by returning the goods along with the completed Returns Form within 14 days of receipt. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. In order to change the details of your order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. After this time we are unable to amend your order as we endeavour to process orders immediately therefore we would request that you return the goods once they have been delivered.
Invoice Request
When asked to our customer service, after sending the order, .chrisandaaron.co.uk (Tiffany Organization a.s.d. Brand) will give you an invoice for the order, sending it through e-mail or putting it inside the shipping according to art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. Financial data on the invoice will be the same as written by the Customer during the request. Delivery charges are to be paid by the Customer and are calculated when the order is made. The Customer shall pay for goods according to the terms available at the time of placement of the order.
Title: Risk, Importer Of Record
Please note that documentation such as packaging, user manuals, product care labels, handling instructions, or safety warnings may not be in your language. You may not have access to manufacturer’s or other service options for the Product or its parts. The Product (and accompanying materials) may not be designed or labeled according to the requirements, standards, regulations, or specifications of the destination where you import the Product. Any text on the Product may not be in your language or the language of the import destination. If the Product is powered, it may not comply with the destination’s power parameters such as voltage or other electrical standards (for example, you may need to use an adapter to charge your Product). Products ordered to a destination with different standards cannot be returned for this reason, and Chris & Aaron (Brand Tiffany Organization asd) assumes no liability for any issues arising from purchasing Products that do not meet the correct standards for your destination.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with actual e-commerce laws, if the Customer is a consumer then he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever without the need to give explanations and without any penalty without prejudice to what is specified at following point. The Customer, to exercise this right, must send info@chrisandaaron.co.uk a written notice of this intention within 10 working days of the date of receipt of the goods. This notice must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to Chris & Aaron Vicolo Giuseppe Verdi, 1 22066 Mariano Comense - Como - Italy - or by telegram or e-mail again sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed up by confirmation by registered letter with return receipt, sent absolutely within the following 48 hours. Once the above-mentioned withdrawal notice has been received the .chrisandaaron.co.uk Customer Service shall promptly give the Customer instructions for return of the goods which must be received by .chrisandaaron.co.uk within 10 days of the date of authorization.
Defective Goods
If the goods you received show manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement. To obtain a replacement, you must report the defect via email to info@chrisandaaron.co.uk (providing the order number and details of the defect or damage. Please keep any images supporting your claim). Before returning the item, you must receive a response from info@chrisandaaron.co.uk. We will send you a return authorization code.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from chrisandaaron.co.uk and the corresponding return code.
Returns
Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original packaging. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away and please return it with your goods. Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender. Free returns are available where deliveries have been made to Milan only. Please note that in all other cases postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods. None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case please return the goods to us.
Returns Procedure
Chris & Aaronoffers free returns on Milan only. This excludes National and International Delivery, deliveries which incur a special delivery charge, deliveries from third party suppliers, large and bulky goods. To return unsuitable purchase(s) free of charge, apply the enclosed free returns label to your parcel and post the package at your Post Office. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. All returns should be sent to; Chris & Aaron Via C. How long does a return and refund take?
We will send you an email as soon as we've processed your refund. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
What should I do if I have received a faulty or damaged item?
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details of the fault or damage. Please keep any images to support your claim. Once we have received your query, our Customer Service team will be able to further assist you.
Will my duty charges be refunded on return?
If your duties and taxes were paid at your delivery destination, Chris & Aaron (Brand - Tiffany Organization asd) is not responsible for or able to refund these charges. Please note that you may be able to claim these charges back by contacting your local Customs office. See further information in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
While we do not offer exchanges for online orders.
Limitation On Returns Policy, Withdrawal Rights And Cancellation Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, certain types of products (unless faulty) are not eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or returns, including: 1. products that are personalised, bespoke, altered, or otherwise made to your specification; 2. perishable goods (including food, beverages, and some hampers); 3. beauty products, fragrances, and pharmaceutical products; 4. certain accessories (hosiery and pierced earrings); 5. underwear, nightwear, and swimwear, unless the protective adhesive strip is still in place and the item is in saleable condition; 6. mattresses, divans (where they come as part of a set with a mattress), duvets, mattress toppers/protectors, or pillows; 7. pharmaceutical products; and 8. any other products designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
GENERAL
General We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect. We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control. If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
Payment Methods
Chris & Aaron only accept payment for orders in €. (Euro). We accept payment by Visa, Maestro, for orders not exceeding € 300,00 (threeundredeuros) and bank credit transfer for orders exceeding € 300,00
Hampers and Gift Boxes
The terms "Hamper" and "Gift Box" are interchangeable and defined as a collection of food and/or non-food items packaged in a container such as printed cardboard box or wicker basket.
Product availability - Information
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to an email we send to you, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced, and will continue to process the remaining items on your order (where applicable). All items are subject to availability.
Finalization of agreements
The Customer may only purchase the products in the on-line catalogue at the moment the order is sent in and which can be viewed on-line at the www.chrisandaaron.co.uk address as described in the relevant information forms. The order shall be validly processed the moment the Customer receives, at the e-mail box he has specified, confirmation that payment for the order has taken place. Correct order reception is confirmed by .chrisandaaron.co.uk by an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address notified by the Customer. This confirmation message carries the Date and Time the order was carried out and a Customer order number to use in all further communications with .chrisandaaron.co.uk. The message reiterates all the data input by the Customer, all information related to the essential characteristics of the goods, the price, payment terms and delivery procedures. The Customer must check the correctness of this data and promptly notify any corrections according to the procedures described in this document. .chrisandaaron.co.uk guarantees prompt notice to the Customer in case of failure of the order to be accepted.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. Pricing Policy - International
All prices shown on the website are in € (Euro) and are exclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

The website and telephone Orderline are controlled and operated in Italy. These Terms and Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place on our website or over the telephone are governed by Italian law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or your use of customer services or any order you place on the website or through the Orderline.
