I like to reward those who take the time to observe.

We live in a world that moves faster and faster, where we often forget to pause and appreciate the little things. Yet it is precisely the smallest details that tell the most authentic stories: the light of a landscape, the aroma of an ingredient, the texture of a dough, the flavour capable of bringing back a special memory. This inspiration gave birth to my cookie collection: handcrafted cookies that celebrate the culture of the contemporary cookie through carefully selected ingredients, research, and passion.
Each recipe is created through a precise balance of textures, aromas, and flavours: from the crispness of the edges to the softness of the centre, from the intensity of chocolate to the richness of nuts. Every cookie is designed to transform a simple moment into a memory to be cherished.

Nature is the greatest source of inspiration we have. In its colours, its shapes, and its natural ingredients, we discover a universal language capable of bringing together different cultures and sensibilities. My collection is born from the encounter between the American cookie tradition and a refined aesthetic inspired by British sensibility: authentic recipes, carefully chosen ingredients, and a special attention to every detail. Behind every sweet creation worth remembering there is a search made of passion, experience and attention to detail. I don’t know about you, but the first thing I notice when I enter someone’s home is its fragrance. In fact, I would not even call it a simple observation. It is something almost instinctive. Before I have even admired the furniture, the flowers on the table or the colour of the walls, I have already formed an impression. Fragrance quietly tells the story of the life that unfolds within a home. The most beautiful homes I have visited rarely have an artificial scent. Instead, they carry the fragrance of life itself..

There are homes that do not impress us through what they display, but through what they convey. I am referring to the most discreet beauty of everyday life: those small details that reveal the people who live there, long before a single word has been spoken.
It is not the elegance of a precious object or the perfection of a space that makes them special. It is those objects that leave us speechless because they hold stories, rather than simply filling a space.

Sometimes it is not even about an object. It may be a lamp casting a gentle glow in a corner at dusk, making a room feel incredibly warm and welcoming. I love the atmosphere created by lamps so much that I rarely use ceiling lights anymore. I leave them switched off, allowing small pools of light to create corners that invite us to sit down, slow down and simply stay for a while. It is the beauty of things that have been lived in, of details that tell a story without needing explanation. A space that welcomes, a moment of quiet, a simple gesture capable of transforming an ordinary pause into something more personal.
