These chocolates from the 1er Crus des Plantation are a wonderful tasting set for everyone who wants to get to know chocolate in a similar way to wine and can learn a lot about the production of chocolate with the accompanying brochure. A very elegant tasting set for tasting different types of cocoa from different origins. It contains four tablets (naps) of seven different Cluizel Cru de Plantation chocolates with a cocoa content of 47% to 67%. Each chocolate has its own flavour profile due to the cocoa used, which can be traced back to the "terroir" of the country of origin. The tasting box is of very high quality and can be elegantly opened and closed, similar to a cigar box. An accompanying booklet is also included, in which the various cocoa and plantations are briefly presented.

Michel Cluizel produces his chocolates according to a very strict purity law. The ingredients may only be cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cane sugar and pure vanilla. He completely dispenses with soy lecithin in all products. Cocoa beans from plantations Los Ancones (Santo Domingo Island), Tamarina (Sao Tome Island), Mangaro (Madagascar), El Jardin (Colombia), Mokaya (Mexico), cane sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla pod. The chocolates are soy lecithin-free. May contain traces of nuts and gluten. Soy free chocolate, without artificial flavourings / additives.
