Brusa pasticceria Baci di Dama. Baci di dama mean "lady’s kisses" and they are our most popular biscuits. These hazelnut and butter biscuits “kiss” each other through a dark chocolate filling. They are made in Piedmont by a bakery that produces mainly local traditional biscuits, only with butter and using plenty of hazelnuts. The origin of Baci di dama is uncertain: sources connect it to the town of Tortona, others link these biscuits to a Savoy court around the year 1800. Whatever the true origin, the romantically named cookies are among the region’s most famous sweets. Tray in plastic material classified APET (PET 01).

Serving suggestions: they're especially good eaten alongside an espresso or a sweet wine or a simple snack.

Ingredients: wheat flour "00", butter (25%), sugar, "Tonda Gentile tribolata" hazelnuts (8%), almond (1%), honey. Filling: dark chocolate (4%) - min 50% cocoa, cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Allergens: may contain almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and other nuts.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container. Having an important quantity of butter we recommend keeping them in the refrigerator to improve their shelf-life and their sensorial characteristics.

Editor's note: I asked myself if the emotions had a colour, a taste, a perfume, and if I could see them. I wanted to understand if emotions could be frozen in time. I met Roberto, spokesman for a pastry-shop of emotions. Made painstakingly with the Heart and Soul, the creations that I propose were borne out of a personal desire for a tangible experience, but have started to take on a life of their own. ... Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.

Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).

International Returns

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that weren't delivered. Once your return has been processed, a refund can take up to 10 days.
