Glosek Gourmet, The pineapple and rum Charlotte. Gourmet Glosek dessert proposed here is a Charlotte with pineapple and rum syrup. The Charlotte cookies are poached in a rum syrup and garnished with a pineapple feed / rum. The presence of alcohol slightly enhance the taste and helps soak cakes making their chewy texture. Forage recalls syrup and brings good taste and freshness of fruit with pineapple. The mixture of flavours and textures makes this dessert to seduce for sure.

Serving suggestions: ideal with a coulis of fruits and an ice cream.

Ingredients: pineapple feed (50%): (pineapple 60%, sugar, citric acid, ascorbic acid, flavour, xanthan gum, dextrose, guar). Syrup (36%): glucose syrup, water, rum (12% at 54 °), citric acid. Biscuit (14%): egg white, sugar, wheat flour (gluten), egg yolks, water, invert sugar syrup, sorbitol, dextrose, glycerin, flavoring, salt, baking powder (disodium and disphophate sodium bicarbonate, corn starch. emulsifier (E471, E475).

Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.

Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).

International Returns
