Umami, Black garlic hummus. This black garlic hummus brings a pleasantly balsamic and savoury flavour to your dishes. Black garlic's unique flavour and the texture of chickpeas combine to create a cream that is ready to use.

Serving suggestions: ideal to eat as an aperitif, finger food spread on bread or canapés. Great to accompany meat, fish and vegetables. Before serving, remove the surface layer of olive oil if necessary.

Ingredients: chickpeas 47%, olive oil, black garlic 9.9%, sea salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid. After opening store in refrigerator and consume within 5 days.

Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.

Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).

International Returns

Chris & Aaron does not offer free returns on international deliveries. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that weren't delivered. Once your return has been processed, a refund can take up to 10 days. You will be refunded the same amount that you paid at time of purchase, even if exchange rates have altered since you placed your order.
