Tartuflanghe mustard honey & truffle. Mustard can be combined with white truffles and wild-flower honey to create a delicate sauce with personality. Mustard with white truffle is a new Tartuflanghe product that combines the strong personality of mustard with unmistakable scent of white truffle, joined together by the delicacy of honey.
Serving suggestions: perfect for meat and fish dishes both raw and cooked, for the BBQ or for marinating a slice of salmon. Realising a chef dish or preparation has never been so easy: carpaccio, tartarre, hamburger, white meats such as chicken or rabbit, club sandwich, salmon –both raw or cooked-, smoky harengs, but also vegetables.
Ingredients: mustard 38% (water, mustard in grains 23%, wine vinegar, salt, corn flour, sugar, spices, acidifier: E334), sugar, water, honey 14%, sunflower seed oil, freeze-dried white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.3% (like 1.5% of fresh truffle), corn starch, flavour.
Editor's note: Mayonnaise is a cold sauce with very distant origins, surprisingly mentioned by the ancient Latins. Our version, which is embellished with dehydrated white truffles, makes it is a delicious pairing for meat, fish, omelets, fried potatoes and tasty sandwiches. Our ketchup, a modern reinterpretation of the Piedmont red sauce, is enriched with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, enriched with summer truffle. Ideal pairing with meat, specifically hamburgers and hot dogs, steaks, the traditional boiled meats Piedmont style as well as with fried or baked potatoes. Hummus is a spread with very ancient origins, consumed throughout the Mediterranean area. Our version features the Piedmont IGP hazelnut paste, which is used instead of the traditional sesame, with Summer truffle; the Langa version of a dish now known all over the world. Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.
Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).
International Returns
Chris & Aaron does not offer free returns on international deliveries. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that weren't delivered. Once your return has been processed, a refund can take up to 10 days. You will be refunded the same amount that you paid at time of purchase, even if exchange rates have altered since you placed your order.
