Type soil: the soil is poor and rocky, the temperature is ideal in summer (partly due to the micro-climate created by the local wind, the Ora del Garda): vines here still co-exist alongside olive groves.The valley is more open here and the excellent sun exposure allows the grapes to ripen to perfection. The Montagne de Reims lies on a deep bed of chalk.

Aroma: fruity notes that alternate with notes of pastry and brioches.
Tasting notes: creamy, soft, with a wide and rounded sip.
Serving suggestions: appetizers fish-based, oyster scallops, seafood and lobster. This brut rosé is the perfect accompaniment salmon, lamb and poultry such as guinea fowl or pheasant. It also goes well with soft cheese.
