Particularly appreciated for the delicate flavour and leanness of the meat,the Filetto dei Malatesta is made exclusively of Italian pork meat. It is salted and left to marinate for about 2 weeks in red wine and spices.
Ideal sliced not too thin and enjoyed with hot tasty piadina.
Our cold cuts are made with the meat of domestic Italian-raised pigs weighing at least 180 kilos, which is cut exclusively by hand like few products of the peasant tradition of Romagna, respecting every single step of the process so as to ensure the typical flavours of our region are preserved.
