Wine type: sparkling.
Vintage and alcohol content: 12,5°
Region: Trentino Alto Adige, Rovereto, Borghetto all' Adige e Nogaredo - Italy.
Grape/Blend: the base wine is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this last vinified in rosè.
Type soil: the soil is poor and rocky, the temperature is ideal in summer (partly due to the micro-climate created by the local wind, the Ora del Garda): vines here still co-exist alongside olive groves. The valley is more open here and the excellent sun exposure allows the grapes to ripen to perfection.
Colour: the colour is a brilliant pale-straw yellow with hints of green
Aroma: the bouquet is full and delicately fruity, with hint of fresh pineapple and wisteria.
Tasting notes: the flavour is dry, well balanced and smooth as the perlage is fine and continuous.
Serving suggestions: drink as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes including fish, rice, pasta and poultry.
