I want people to take more time to look at things. There are so many things waiting to be converted into art. I'd want to introduce you a biscuits collection that communicates my ethical, earth-centered values ... their quality elegant flavours. Each one of my biscuits tells a story, it's up to you to listen to it..
NATURE IS NOT A PLACE TO VISIT. IT'S HOME
The best thing about planet Earth is art: it’s our universal language. It helps us to understand feelings and other cultures, just by using materials and colours. We must learn to apply nature’s ways to the madness of civilization. There are things on our planet that are completely unique and memorable, beautiful and unrepeatable.
... 'Late in the day, I end up having two kinds of memories: the one I lived through using my eyes and the one I can revisit through the beauty of some products.' ...

I’m not looking for the perfect cookie. I look for stories you can feel between your teeth, hands that still knead without a timer, sweets that don’t need to justify themselves. I choose only the ones where I can sense a hand, an intention. ‘Artisanal’ labels aren’t enough. They have to speak to me—in their scent, their imperfect edges, in what stays after the last bite.
I care about what remains. When you close the box, when the aroma fades and you ask yourself if it was worth it. Yes, I sell cookies. But first, I tell stories of gestures. I watch those who work in silence, who don’t try to please everyone. That’s where the selection begins. I don’t have a recipe to defend. I have a threshold. Everything you find here has crossed it.
With love Dennis
Every choice I make comes from what I feel, not just what simply works. It’s not about escaping the world, but about finding yourself within it with truth and awareness. If you want, I can help you find a pairing that goes beyond mere pleasure and tells the story behind every flavor.

In many aspects I'm jealous of kids.
I think we lost a lot of things when we became adults.
